Shipping Types

National shipments are made by Coordinator. Depending on the city where the delivery is located, it can take from 1 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

International shipments are made by DHL

Depending on the country where the delivery is located, it can take from 3 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Cost

Domestic shipments are free.

The costs of shipping abroad depend on the quantity and weight of the products, at the time of making the purchase you will find out the cost before making the payment.

Shipping the Order

If the product is in stock, the dispatch will be made within 10 working days after the payment of your purchase is confirmed.

If you decide to customize your dress or the product is not in stock, the manufacture of the product will begin, once the purchase payment has been confirmed. The elaboration of the product varies between 7 and 15 calendar days depending on the item and the quantity requested.

Shipping to a Different Address than Your Own

It is possible to send a shipment to a recipient other than the owner of the order, as long as it is in the same country.

Delays in Order Delivery

Possible delays in receiving products can occur for different reasons:

Wrong delivery address. It may happen that the carrier does not find the delivery address. It is the obligation of the customer or user who makes the purchase to register their shipping address in an exact, updated and complete manner.

Delays in customs inspections. The customs of each country are an independent official entity; It is not frequent, but sometimes the customs offices delay the inspections of the products at their discretion.

Zone 1: Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Peru, Panama, Canada, United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and Guatemala

Zone 2: Germany, Belgium, Vatican City, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Switzerland

Customs Costs

Applies to shipments made outside the Colombian national territory.

The prices of the products do not include VAT or nationalization taxes. Sales by unit or in small quantities normally do not need to pay import taxes, but this depends on the customs regulations of each country and. Cocoota Official is not responsible for the costs, it is the responsibility of the user to verify it with the country where it will be received.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to receive the merchandise and pay the respective taxes in their country if necessary. If the buyer does not pay the taxes to customs, we will order the return of the merchandise and the client must bear the costs of said procedure.
