COCOOTA OFFICIAL
POLICY ON EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At Cocoota Official, every dress is crafted specifically for our clients. We are committed to meeting the agreed-upon production and dispatch timelines, providing clear and transparent information throughout the purchasing and shipping process.
1. CUSTOM-MADE DRESSES AND RETURNS
Because our dresses are made to measure, once the production process has begun, we do not accept exchanges, cancellations, or returns due to a change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the client, or changes in the client’s personal plans.
Cocoota Official adheres to the agreed-upon production and dispatch timelines. Estimated international delivery dates are calculated based on the systems of the shipping carriers and may vary due to external circumstances or customs procedures.
2. PRODUCTION AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMELINES
Cocoota Official is committed to meeting the production and dispatch timelines communicated at the time of order confirmation.
The estimated international delivery date is provided based on the official systems of the shipping carriers (such as DHL) and may be subject to change while in transit.
Once the dress has been dispatched, we will provide the tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Estimated dates do not constitute a guarantee of arrival on a specific day—unless explicitly promised by Cocoota Official—without prejudice to the agreed-upon delivery timeframes and applicable law.
3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Once an order has been dispatched to the shipping carrier in a timely manner, the logistics operation falls under the direct management of that carrier.
Cocoota Official is not responsible for delays resulting from logistics operations, customs inspections, international restrictions, weather conditions, or other external circumstances.
In the event of any issues, we will provide support and take the necessary steps to address the matter with the shipping carrier. Delays attributable exclusively to third parties will be evaluated in accordance with the terms of purchase and applicable legal obligations.
1. ORDERS FOR WEDDINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
We recommend placing orders well in advance, taking into account production times, shipping, and potential customs procedures.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cocoota Official shall not be liable for compensation regarding indirect costs arising exclusively from external delays for which it is not legally responsible.
1. TAXES AND CUSTOMS RESPONSIBILITIES
Import taxes, duties, and customs charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise expressly stated prior to the completion of the purchase.
The customer is required to provide accurate information, comply with customs requirements, and assume any charges for which they are legally liable.
Voluntarily refusing a package or failing to fulfill these obligations does not automatically grant the right to cancel the order or request a refund, without prejudice to the consumer's statutory rights.
1. UNFORESEEABLE EVENTS AND FORCE MAJEURE
Cocoota Official shall not be held liable for delays or failures to perform caused directly by unforeseeable events or *force majeure*—duly substantiated—that are beyond its control and for which it is not legally responsible.
Such events may include natural disasters, international conflicts, airport closures, unforeseen government restrictions, extraordinary strikes, or major disruptions to international transport.
In such situations, Cocoota Official will notify the customer and take reasonable steps to facilitate the resolution of the shipment.
